We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients; making almost every menu item from scratch, right in our kitchen. We offer an elevated version of some of your favorite comfort foods as well as many dishes inspired from our owner's favorite dishes from around the world. Our goal is to offer our customers access to the same quality of food and dining experience they're used to expecting in larger cities all in a beautiful, welcoming space. 

We source as much locally as possible, supporting local farms and suppliers. We even grow many of the herbs and seasonal fruits and veggies at our farm. Because we make everything from scratch, we've been intentional about not adding extra ingredients to our food (even sauces). We take care to ensure the large majority of our menu is either gluten-free or has a high-quality gluten-free option. We order certified gluten-free baked goods and have worked hard to find the tastiest versions. 

We also use a separate fryer for all gluten-free items, reducing the likelihood of contamination.
